We’ve all had those days where we wish we could send some advice to our younger selves. But what if you could do the opposite? What if you could capture exactly who you are today, your dreams, your worries, your current favorite Meme and send it forward in time to the person you’re becoming?

Dear Tomorrow aims to help you do just that.

What is Dear Tomorrow?

At its heart, it’s a digital time capsule. Whether you’re celebrating a 21st birthday, surviving your first week of college, or just setting a massive goal for the year ahead, Dear Tomorrow allows you to write a letter to your future self and ensure it arrives exactly when you need to hear it.

Dear Tomorrow welcome page

Private, Secure, Simple

Sending letters to your future self should be a simple and safe process but I see too many apps in this space that are buried in confusing subscription models or feel outdated. I wanted to create something that feels like a safe aestheitc space for your thoughts.

  • Privacy First: This was most important. I’ve built the app with full encryption. Your deep secrets and emotional milestones are for your eyes only. Even as the developer, I can’t read your letters, they stay locked until they hit your inbox on the date you’ve chosen.

  • No Subscriptions: Most people don’t write to their future selves every single day. So why pay every month? Your first letter is completely free. After that, it’s just $2 per letter. Pay for what you use, and nothing more.

How it works

It’s as easy as sending a standard email:

  1. Write: Pour your heart out on the welcome page.
  2. Date: Pick the specific day in the future you want the letter delivered.
  3. Send: Enter your email, and let the “time travel” begin.

Tomorrow Me

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is now. The same goes for your thoughts. What does your future self need to hear today? Write your first letter for free at Dear Tomorrow and give your ‘Tomorrow Me’ something to look forward to

The Journey Behind the Scenes

Taking a product from idea to monetization in 1 month has been super fun. While the engineering was pretty simple, the real challenge has been marketing. It always feels uncomfortable to promote something I’ve built because I want it to speak for itself, but in reality, you have to get it in front of people.

I’ve been diving into the world of TikTok, creating organic journaling content. I’ve been learning a ton about content creation and how any of it works.
